Binance rows come straight from the official Binance new listing announcement feed, so they are real and update on their own. Rows for other exchanges are added by hand from official posts. Each row links to its source.
What does confirmed and rumored mean?
Confirmed means the exchange has posted the listing on an official channel. Rumored means it is an early signal that is not official yet, so it may change or never happen.
Why do listings move price?
A listing on a large exchange brings new buyers who could not reach the token before. That fresh demand often moves the price around the listing time, which is why traders watch the calendar.
